Identifying Prospects & calling them for fixing appointments. Meeting at least 05 new prospects daily, one to one & explaining the investment opportunity with us. Taking prospects for Site Visit & closing Sales. Meeting Sales & Collection Targets month on month. Maintaining Data & Analyzing it from time to time. Participating in Expos & Managing various sales related activities.Desired Profile: Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits Participate in negotiations Inform Managers about upcoming projects Strong inter-personal and communication skills Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery Ability to work in a team Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools Good in giving Presentations Candidate with a Vehicle preferred
