· Supporting The Team In Generating System or Portal Related Requirements And Resolving The Query In Coordination With Concerned Departments.

· Equipping, Training And Handholding All New Joinees in Team. Coaches/ Mentors The Team In Right Direction.

· Following Up With Travel Agents In Case Of Any Escalated Query.

· Communicating The Updates & Information To Team Time To Time.

· Monitor The Quality Of Customer Service And Adherence To Prescribed TAT.
